Aliens and The Bible

To all the people who have read a lot about The Bible... I have always noticed a lot similarities between things described in the Bible and things relating to aliens.... Eg. It is written that Elijah was lifted to Heaven in a chariot of fire ...Doesn't this seem like a rocket engine (may be a pod with a rocket which can carry a person like they show in Star Wars..) There are many other instances... What do you guys think about it....
