what age did your child quite drinking from sippy cups?

I took my nieces bottle when she was a little under 1 year. I took the sippy when she was 1 1/2 years. I see no problem in letting them keep there sippy cup as long as they want though. My niece just wanted the "big girl" cup.

Ahhh sippy's! Well alot of parents usually take them away when the child learns to open them up and dump it's contents all over the floor and furniture.. Alot of parents love them though because they save the carpets and furniture and cars from a spill and mess well until they learn to open them as I said. I children in my family usually broke themselves around the age 4 same as your daughter Britany. I would try to give her little bottles like the popular bug juice bottles they aren't sippys but a step up and I would let her have a big kids cup at evey meal but make sure it stays at the table otherwise they will have it's content strolled accross the floor in no time.. I would alternate between the big kids cup and the squeeze bottle or as they call it the sport bottle.
