Lamb Patties

1 pound ground lamb 2 tablespoon dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dill weed 1 egg 1 clove garlic, crushed 4 slices bacon Mix thoroughly meat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, dill weed, egg and garlic. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty, secure with wooden picks. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broiling time 15 minutes, turn once.

i love lamb too much and this recipe look very tasty...i will definitely will try it. What is that mean with dill weed...i don't understand, thank you

Dillweed is an herb. You can get it at any grocery store. Or, if you happen to have a wee bit of land, you could grow it.

i've never tried lamb before but this recipe looks really yummy. i'm going to have to try it for sure. thanks for sharing the recipe

I do love lamb, but not tried it in a patty form. Will have to try this sometime - thanks!
