Fees in Online Jobs?

I've been looking for an actual job on the internet to work at home. I've looked at job searches at Craiglist mostly. And I have found out that most charge a fee for training materials. Most are $10-$15. Should I venture and send them a payment or not? What do you think about this?

If these sites want ME TO WORK FOR THEM, they will pay me for what I do. I WILL NOT PAY SOMEONE TO WORK FOR THEM. I ALSO WILL NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE. Who knows how many times they will try to charge it. It is probably a scam. Good luck.
