Do you think it's right to stop the pledge of allegiance in our schools? I think if it's against someone's religion then they have the right to sit it out. But what about the one's who believe in the pledge what happen to our rights? The school is trying to ban the allegiance because of religious reasons I do not think this is right. Tell me your opinion.

The phrase "one nation under God" wasn't originally in the Pledge, it was added in the 1950s. So the question for me would be, why was it put in at all? the Pledge was recited for decades before that phrase. Maybe if people took out that phrase, the way it was originally, then there wouldn't be a controversy.
