Hi, I have a V3x and how I download data from my phone is pretty simple, if you have a Bluetooth receiver on your PC you can transfer data quite easily, you can pick up USB Dongles/Receivers for next to nothing these days, try ebay. Hope this info helps even though it's a different method then direct connection to your PC.
