Is Lyons a Jewish name?

I am getting curious about my family history, which is as far as i know very Irish. But for some reason, i can't help thinking that my Grandmother's maiden name Lyons might have a Jewish connection. Does anybody know how i might be able to find out by way of the internet?

well i know that the Lyons tea company were set up by a jewish family (not sure if that was their surname or not im afraid), indicating that there may be some jewish link to the name
