My FAVORITE car is A 1972 JAVELIN, by AMC. I had that car for 14 years, and always told the wife that if the marrage didn't work I at least had a way out. My wife and I just celebrated our 14 wedding anniversary, so I sold the car. I think this one is going to last.

14 years,wow! Congratulations! Yes, you don't see too many Javelins at all! I remember the old Javelin Commercial "Hey Javelin, wanna race?" He refused because he had a fish and fish bowl in the passenger seat!

A classic VW Beetle that was almost antique. I had another back up car then but i was addicted to this scrap i took it round the town and i was known as the man with the Beetle car. The year of make could not truly be determine till i retired it

I had a beetle too, not a classic, a newer one, it has a factory problem, basically was a lemon, but I loved it!

The only car I ever bought brand new was nice an El Camino, but I have to say I loved driving my first car I bought on my own; an MG Midget 1976, it was a fun car, just high mechanical maintenance, my X was a mechanic though so it always ran like a top. My 1968 VW van was completely restored and I loved driving it because it ran good and looked good too.
