Meal for a deal

I want you all to share some of your favorite recipes that is easy and cheap to make. Think gourmet on a budget. Something that even a bachelor on a budget can make and enjoy.

All I can think of at the moment are the frozen lasagna meals. It's not real expensive. Maybe like $5 for a box. The piece isn't small either. Fills me up quick. Just make sure not to get the cheap stuff from ALDI or WalMart. Make sure to get the stuff that's from like Stouffers or another brand like that.
