You give your girlfriend lingerie, bedroom guides, books about weddings, bed and breakfast certificates. There's a lot to choose from, whats important is that it came from you. Wedding Gifts however are both the couple to share. You can check their gift registry so that you'll know what gifts they need. I think the biggest differences between a shower gift and a wedding gift is the cost (typically you spend more on the wedding gift). as well i think a shower gift is more specifically for the bride. One of the nicest gifts I received was my wedding invitation matted and framed. I have it hung up in my bedroom. The other gift I received was a laundry hamper and in it was a small bottle of liquid tide, downy,stain remover, and bounce. I know that sounds silly but its stuff everyone needs. You get so many beautiful gifts but lets be honest...some of them are kind of useless. This is the perfect shower gift for someone who either has it all or if you dont know them well enough to get something a bit more personal.
