Quitting My Job

I am quitting my job today because I just can't stand it anymore. I just can't deal with it. I told them I had to quit immediately because I was doing badly in school (I am an adult college student) and that is actually true... I go to school three days a week, worked three days a week, and came home every day too exhausted to think about homework or anything! I gave them really short notice... about 24 hours! I feel sort of guilty. Has anyone else ever done that?

I quit my job last december. I started it april 2 years ago. worked 4 hrs a day, 5 days a week; went to school at about the same rate. I really wanted to quit earlier but we were not doing so good financially and i don't want to keep asking my parents for help. But I gave the office 3 weeks notice though. I shouldn't have because during those three weeks they keep on convincing me to stay. Not! Was too tired.

I was going to school and working also. I had to drop out of school because I felt the same way. I would have loved to stay in school and quit my job. My hubby would not hear of that. I wish you the best of luck.

When I was 16 years old I walked out on the job of cashier. I couldn't stand it. I felt stressed out because I too had to go to school and work at that young age.
