Jesus was never resurrected. I'll be following this with great interest. Although I won't go see it in the theater for fear of being bombed by a religious nut case.

Belief in the resurrection is not an appendage to the Christian faith. It is the Christian faith

If I had to take a guess, I'm thinking it's just being edgy and controversial to generate hype and probably a lot of theatre views. Anyone who beleives it will watch it because they like to see their beleifs put on big screen. Christians who are against it will watch it anyways so they can argue with the guys who do beleive in it and make sure they got their argument in line (also so they can write negative reviews). Finally, Athiests will watch it because the idea of religion debating an already un-provable (is that even a word) set of ideas within itself is probably looking to be a good comedy. Sometimes I wonder what people would argue about if religion didn't exist..

I believe very strongly that Jesus was resurrected. As I watched one of the people on the news it was also brought up that at the time that Jesus lived that Mary, Joseph and he even said that Jesus was a name that was in common use in that day. I will be following the train of thought on this as they look into it more. But I won't go to the theater because there are crazies out there that might just do as you say bomb the theater. We in my book have a right to our opinion and should be allowed to voice it. Religious or otherwise.
