Balanced is the right answer as I guess.
Others have nearly the same meaning except the first one "virtuous".

Vertiginous is causing dizziness by heights. So if a person is balanced it must be the opposite of this. So I declare that the answer is Balanced. I know so many who are scared of heights. I am not. But I hate insects.
