I would like to know if anyone has anything they know of to help get rid of ecxema or psoriasis. I have had it for years and it truly does hurt. I cant wear a dress or short pants for fear someone will see my leg. One too many times someone has said what is wrong with your legs. It not only hurts physically, but mentally also...I would appreciate anything anyone knows of to help.. I have found that perscription things do not help,. The only thing that actually does help is A & D ointment with Aloe. It dries it up and gets rid of the pain and the itching long enough so I can go to sleep. But I would like to be rid of it forever...

I have dermatitis which can get bad but not as bad as yours has got. I think that shay butter might help you. I think you need to keep it moist.
