Some people don't express their anger that fast, some of them have initial coping mechanisms to inhibit or supress their anger so they dont rage out on people. I think anger is a result of frustration, when you can no longer cope up with the stress- you just explode. It is hard to control, anger being 1 of the primordial human feelings, it is innate within us to be angry. I think that is why there are anger management classes, so we can learn to cope with excessive anger.
