Hi, I don't suppose you are talking about bowlers who perform wonderfully for about a year, fade away with injury, return again for a second innings, shine again, go away into hibernation again. I consider shaun pollock to be the best bowler in the world at the moment because, that chap doesn't grumble about pitch being unfavourable. When SA came to india, his bowling was spot on both in one dayers and tests, pitching in the right line and length, and achieving bounce consistently. His accuracy is impeccable which other present bowlers in the world has to beg for. His fiery opening spells contribute significantly to each and every SA win. He is the bowler to be watched in this world cup. Thanks.

I think the best bowler at present is Shane Bond.He is not only fast but also thinking bowler.Its very difficult for any batsman to face.He is going to be the main weapon for kiwi in carriebean.He is the one to get fastest 50 wickets also.He is also smart....
