How'd you cool down your head when you're in a really bad mood???

just have a cold water bath and u will be cooled down....or u can go to have some activities to release your pentup bad mood

It is really hard when you have to go through a real bad mood. I just hate it. I try to think about all the good things I have in my life. To divert my mind to good things I try to listening music, watch a good movie eat some favourite food and all good thing I can think of. Sometime I go for a walk to set my mood.

I could do everything like taking a walk, listen to easy listening music, play games or play infront of computer.

I very rarely get like that but best thing to do is head for the kitchen and get a glass of water first. 2. sit down and drink it. 3. think that things could be far worse. 4. try to think that every problem has a soluton to it and that there is always someone on this planet that loves you. hope this helps soothe your nerves just a little bit lol.

I have a really bad anger problem, so maybe I'm not the best to answer this! However, there are things that work, so I'll give it a shot. I try deep breathing. I count backwards from 10, either in my head or out loud. I try to think of something pleasant, something I enjoy. I'm a Buddhist, so I meditate, although sometimes I am just too angry to calm down. I talk to someone I trust, vent and get it out. Sometimes - can't believe I'm admitting it - I'll find a private place and vent out loud to myself. That works a lot more then it should! I used to run (health doesn't allow for it now), and that helped a lot. Doing something physical is probably what's helped me most of all.

If I am in a really bad mood I try to walk away and find a quiet place somewhere for a while. I often go out into the garden and spend time calming down, failing that my other option is to go for a walk or play music

Get in front of a punching bag and pour all the anger out. Or go to a place where no one will mind if you go shouting, punching and pounding on whatever you can get hold of. Let go of all the anger in your heart and head and it will feel good without having to hurt anyone.

I try to step out of the room for about 5 min. Enough time to cool down. If someone is the casue of my anger, hopefully they don't follow me.

I have a violent method and i also have a calm method. My calm method is : I close my eyes and breathe... in and out- until i feel my anger subside, i inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth and imagine all my anger going away as i exhale... kinda like meditation which does work sometimes. I also have like i mentioned, my violent method- and this is to like throw things or scream out loud or stomp my foot like a little kid undergoing tantrums, when its really worse, i think i resort to actually hitting the person, i know its bad but sometimes i really have no power over it specially if ive been hit first- i tend to hit back- its like a reflex, at this point in time i do have trouble in expressing my anger- im being impulsive- and i hope this is just because im pregnant, you know, hormonal imbalances and all that gives you mood swings... I was never this angry before, so i hope this goes away when i give birth. I really do.
