Buying MP3s in online stores in Singapore

I am doing a project where we are creating a product to address the difficulty in buying MP3s in online stores in singapore 1) there is a lack of MP3 selling online stores in singapore where you can buy MP3s 2) there is also a lack of online stores in singapore where you can buy the MP3s without a debit card/creditcard/e-wallet( most students who would wanna buy MP3s do not have access to these) 3) I was wondering if anyone knows of online stores in singapore other than soundbuzz where you can buy MP3s online?And if there are these online stores, what other modes of payments can you use beside debit/credit/e-wallet? 2) Also are there any softcopy versions you can buy/download songs besides the MP3 format? 3) Lastly, does anyone know how companies such as itunes, soundbuzz etc can sell the songs on the online stores legally?Do they pay royalties to the artistes' companies diretly?How does the store work?
