Can any 1 tell me whats difference in DDR ,DDR1 & DDR2?

Well DDR and DDR! are same they can go max to 400 MHz it came after p4 hits the market and DDR2 is its next version there are 1066 or 1060 MHz ddr2 rams are also avaialable they are well for the processores to fetch data from it

As the number beside the ddr increases the performance of the ram also increases substantially, thereby increasing speed.
