Is It Love? -Loving Your Kid To Death

I was just wondering after listening and watching Connors- The Eight Year old Boy that is Obese,having the weight of about four boys his age. I do beleive his mom loves him so so much up to the point of feeding him to death, cause she gives him anything he want to put in his mouth- (even cyanide). But really is it love to give all that your child wants or is it just that Connors mom is not even old enough to be a MOTHER! (Not in age) ?
