Schedule for a nine month old

I heard it was really good to get a baby on a schedule and was wondering what type of schedule if any you have for your baby. My baby is nine months old right now. He usually is pretty predictable with his feedings and sleepinb but is not on a schedule.

It is best to follow your baby's cues and needs rather than placing set schedules on them. As you've already found, they will slide into a routine on their own. Each day is different, though, and your baby will let you know what s/he needs. There is plenty of time for schedules later, right now just enjoy your baby and the time you have to spend with him.

Just go with the flow, I've never been much of a scheduler. I just noticed my son's patterns as far as sleeping and eating and followed that. Babies can get out of whack, like when there's a time change or travel, but after a bit they'll adjust back to their old routine.

I agree with the above comments. 9 months is too young to worry about putting your baby on a schedule. Let him follow his body's cues and his own schedule. As you said, h's already pretty predicable with feeding and sleeping. Just let him guide the way, but accept that there will be times it may get off whack and that's OK.
