Are you pro or con on animal testing?

I am not really con but definitely not on the pro side. I think that animal testing should only be used on medical purposes like trying to find out what's the cure of some disease. Animal testing is usually used in cosmetics too. I believe that they shouldn't do that to such innocent animals. Are you aware of the products that you use? Do you look at the label and see if they have not tested animals on their product? Some of the brands that I knew that do not use animal testing are... Paul Mitchell Yardley Colgate Palmolive Revlon Freeman Bath and Body works The Body Shop Are you gonna be conscious on what you buy now?

I've always thought that I was against animal testing, however I admit that I'm not fully aware of what companies test their products on animals, so I'm not really sure where that puts me. I'm more aware now than I was, though, so that has to count for something, right?

The Body Shop was bought by L'Oréal a year ago and they do test on animals. Lush is another company that doesn't test on animals. I'm against animal testing myself. Animals are innocent and should not be used for our own purposes.
