hi friends, i am a new member to this site from past two days tour on thi ssite i came to knw that there is no gud guidence to many members who are really enthusiatic to work and make gud money.they are may people who are posting many discussions but there is no response for any.there i sgud response to this site initally but members are becomming demotivating due to lak of guidence.so friends its time to do something really to work it out what steps mylot has to take to improve the results,to encourage the members.why there are many suggessions which are pending?what we can do to improve the flow for pending suggesstions becoz they are amny gud hot discussions but still no response.comman friends post ur ideas so that we can improve the site lets my lot do soem changes which makes us to improve better. nusrath
