text or call?

Though i text a lot I feel its better of to talk. This is because now every time I have to pass a message to a friend or have to ask something I'm too hesitant to call up.I get this weired complex whether they might fell disturbed or whether they might have interest in what i say. Also ever since i started texting I find myself at a loss of word when I call someone up after a long time.By texting i feel I'm losing my confidence to communicate with someone directly and develop all kinds of unwanted inhibitions.
