dealing with a child with bipolar and not leaving out other siblings

I am struggling right now on different ways to make my 2 younger boys not feel as if their older brother gets all of my attention. I am a single parent dealing with a child who was diagnosed with bipolar d/o, tourettes syndrome, and intermittent explosive d/o. He has been hospitalized 5x since Aug. '06 for auditory hallucinations (hearing voices). The older he gets the worse he gets. He takes up a lot of my time and his siblings are feeling left out and starting to act out negatively. Any suggestions on how to make them feel more a part of the family?
