Aspirin

They say taking 100mg of aspirin daily lowers heart-attack, stroke and may even help prevent prostate cancer. Is anyone doing this regularly?

both my Dad and I take low dose aspirin. My dad has a very bad heart along with high cholesterol and high blood pressure and I take it as well even though i have no heart problems as a preventative.

Yes I do, the low dose aspirin here in the US is 81 mg. and I recently saw a health show where the physician said now that people should take 2 81 mg. coated tablets a day, one every 12 hours.
