I Think that even if you are renting a home you should be able to have pets if you want them i mean the home i live in right now has a no pet policies i pay 900.00 a month rent and it like i should be able to have a pet if i want one as long as it dosent mess anything up. the man i am renting my house from has three houses on the same road as mine and he lets everyone else have pets just not me. i absoulty think that is no fair does any one else agree with me or am i alone on this.

i think that depends on the type of property and what kind of pets you want to keep there. If i rented out an apartment or a house I would not want any animals in it. for one I think they damages places, two i think they mekes a flat smell bad, three the next tenant might be alergic. But i would not have a problem with someone keeping birds or fish, or animals thay stay outside at all times.

yes i did pay a deposit of 900. but you cant even have a bird i mean what is a bid going to do it makes no sence and if wanted a cat or dog they would be outside animals
