New low-carb Chocolate sauce recipe

I have tried this new chocolate sauce and it is very good.
Just want to share it with all the other diabetics here so
they can enjoy it too. Only 5g of carbs. per serving
Serving=2 Tablespoons
Mexican Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup sugar substitute
2 teaspoons cornstarch
**Pinch of salt**
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
1 cup Glucerna Chocolate Goodness Shake
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter(**if using salted butter, Omit salt**)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a med size sauce pan
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk
Pour in Chocolate shake slowly while mixing
add butter
heat over med-low heat stirring until thickened
Do NOT boil
Add vanilla extract
To save: Cover with plastic wrap before refrigerating
To heat: Use lowest setting on stove top or 30%(low)in microwave.
Enjoy!

This if very creative to use the Glucerna. The pinch of cayenne seems like a good touch. Am glad you shared this here and I hope that a couple of my friends find this discussion. i might send them the link. Thanks for sharing this at Mylot.
