Bad day

It actually started 2 days ago. I had a rough night at work and came home upset. When I woke up yesterday(my day off), I was in a bad mood. I just couldn't get motivated to do anything. I kept bursting into tears over stupid stuff. I couldn't get the tangles out of my hair and almost took the scissors to it. I couldn't hook up the new cable box. I cried. My husband was no help. He was mad at me. He said it was rude of me to be in a bad mood on my day off so he came home to a crabby wife. Whatever. I didn't choose to feel sad. I can't be expected to control whether I am happy or sad, can I? Can anyone? All I wanted was a hug and to be told that it was ok. I didn't want to be attacked for being sad. Nobody can be perky all the time. It is unrealistic to think that. He started my day today by yelling at me because I didn't understand his question while I was still asleep. So I have to be perfect and happy and he can be a jerk? I don't think that's fair.

I think that everyone has bad days and days where they are just craby or sad. Mostly woman more that man,but why cant't your spouse give you a little extra love and care when needed? Don't forget to lean on friends when your having a bad day. That's what friends are for and of course so much more. Try and be aware of how many bad or sad days your having. Sounds like you are sightly depressed.

It seems to be a hormonal thing, if you catch my drift. It came on Monday, several days early. I still had 6 pills in my pack. Another friend at work suggested that I talk to the Dr when I go for my next exam. You know how overdue I am for that. Like 4 years! Oops, bad nurse.

we all have days when we really get so stuck in a bad mood. it wasn't a choice. it's just that we wake up one day when things just go wrong and we can't even understand why. at times like that, i always get annoyed and irritated and that's when my mood gets worst! i know it's hard to understand us but just like what you said, a simple hug, smile and a little encouragement saying that everything's going to be just find will atleast help us clear our minds. i hope your husband can just hug you and give you a kiss assuring you that even if you aren't in a very nice mood, he'll still be just by your side. atleast, you'll feel better somehow.

*hugs* It's okay, dear. You're not entitled to be perfectly happy all the time.. we all have our downtimes, and you can't be blamed for that. But don't blame your husband too. He may be undergoing something similar to what you're going through, and I'm sure he'll come around. He loves you, after all. Even when you're the crankiest. If you're ever upset, just rant here. Let it all out. We citizens of MyLot accepts you and loves you for whoever you are. \m/^_^
