Hey guys! I am watching a dog for a firend while he is out doing training... she is a female and is a pretty good dog. But today she sat on my kitchen floor, when she stood up there was blood on the floor. Not a ton but enough to get me all razzled. I have a 19 month old little one and to me that is nasty to have in our house. So I called a few vets to see what happens and what to do... but no one really gave me answers. they just said try to keep her clean. Hmmm how am I suppose to do that??? I have a kid and a dog myslef. So if you have any tips please send them my way. I could use them here. Thanks

If you have. Oh never mind that one because you wouldnt have. I was going to say put a pad on her but you would need someking of belt. I dont sweets. Dont let her on your furniture. I feel bad for you.

Oh boy you have no clue...I got her yesterday. I took her for a walk... she was bad at that. I noticed some blood on the floor but thought it was from my dogs pads. He does that sometimes. But today... Oh boy. This is one thing that I did not need this week. And I have her till the 14th! So here I am taking care of her and she will be like this the entire time. The good thing is no animal is allowed up on my furniture. So I am doing good in that aspect. And I did get some pads for her too. But its nasty to change. And I need to take it off each time I let her out. What a pain!

I think by "keep her clean" they meant wipe off her genitals every now and then and wipe up after she sits down. But if that's too much you could get some dog diapers. They make both disposable and washable. Just remember to change them often to keep the area clean.

I thought she was in charge of cleaning herself. This is so nasty... I freaked out and cleaned my whole house and lysoled it. Even tho it is not like she has a disease... thanks for the tips I need them.
