Another PTC site

I found another PTC site where you get $100 signup bonus and it pays through 3 level referrals. Each referral gives you $25 on all 3 levels. Sign up is free. Pays through paypal only though. Minimum cash-out is at $350. Clicks are $0.01 each but there were only 6 to click today.

I really do not see how that program will last. A $100 sign up bonus is, well huge in my opinion. Then you say they give you $25 for all referrals up to 3 levels.
Basically, all I will have to do is refer one person and hope that they refer several hundred so I can make easy money from them. Just does not seem right to me at all.
I do not know, but this site seems fishy to me, but I'll be glad to take a look anyway.

I hate to spoil your excitement but this site is very definitely a scam and will not pay anyone at all. There will be a few insiders who claim they got paid and that will be it. Their site/links are also probably loaded with iframes/trojans and malicious scripts, so please be careful!

The sign up bonus is too high, even the minimum payout. It will take you till eternity to even get to 20 dollars, much more 250 dollars. Most probably that is a scam site. If not, they are boundering in the $350 minimum cash-out. Multiply .01 by 6 per day then divide it by 250, you will have a rough estimate on when will you have your pay out.
