We are having homemade beef and noodles, mashed potaoes and green beans with bacon. This will make alot of leftovers and perfect basis for casseroles.

That sounds yummy! Last night I made barbecue chicken, rice and corn. It was really good. I'm a big chicken eater. Tonight we might have steaks, pototoes and a veggie. I haven't really decided yet. I was going to make beef stew but just didn't feel like getting it all prepared.

We are having baked salmon, baked potatoes, and a choice of broccoli and cheese or asparagus, and potato rolls.

My dinner costituted of a half cup of rice, fried fish and soup. That should be good enough considering that it is not good to be taking too much food in the evenings.
