We would be stupid not to. In 1979 in Kanankee Illinois, a UFO was sighted hovering over what was then the Bel-Scott parking lot. It was about 7:30 at on a summer night. The lights that went around in strange patterns were mesmorizing. The few people that were in their cars were getting out to get a better look at the specticle. Traffic stopped on the busy main road by the plaza. In the blink of an eye the craft shot straight up to a white dot in the night sky blending in with the stars. I was 9 years old, my dad had run into the store to get a brush for our dog, he missed the whole thing.
