when you use an ATM, there's still somebody else card...do you take the money?

it happen sometimes...right, somebody forgot their ATM Card still inside the machine, and you can take their money..well, do you take the money or just try to find the person, or maybe give it to security...me, i don't know...maybe i will give it to the security or the bank where the card coming from..it's like stealing like if we take the money...:(.how about you friend?? what do you do if you got this situation

Well, even if someone left their card in the machine you still can't take their money! You need their pin number to get their money out so a card's pretty much useless without the pin number! You can't use it as a credit card because you need I.D. to use it that way so you might as well just give the card back to the bank or to the security guard. I used to work in a bank and know that it would be useless without the pin number and/or I.D.! I'd give it back anyways because it's the right thing to do!

well, once i found an atm card inside and still in the monitor it said ."do you want to continue your transaction?", when i push the button yes, i don't need another pin number and can take the cash...well, that kind of problem sometimes happen my friend,...

like Brandi said without the pin number you wouldn't be able to use it - be nice and turn it in to the bank or where ever it came from, there's usually an address on the back.
As for if you did use is, say someone was really stupid and wrote their pin number on the card - it is NOT like stealing it IS stealing, it's not your money and you know it's not so if you take it it's stealing. Also, most ATMs have cameras and when the owner of the card reports the card missing you would be on tape and most likely on your way to jail.
