sorry but i don't know how to make that banana you want. but since you asked what to do with ripen bananas, i would suggest you to make it as a banana milk shake. i used to think that banana shakes just taste alright and not a big deal. but when my cousin let me taste the one she makes, i had to ask for 3 servings more and so did my other cousins who were with us that time. for each one tall glass serving of the shake, you can just mix 2 pcs of bananas cut in cubes with 300 ml. cubed ice, 1/4 cup of evaporated milk (or 2 teaspoon powdered milk), 2 teaspoon sugar and a few drops of vanilla. put them all in a blender and blend in desired texture. you can also replace the milk with whip cream or 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream if desired. i hope you will like it. slurrrp!

oh sorry, the sugar should be 1 teaspoon only. 2 teaspoons are for those that use not so ripe bananas.

i love banana cake very much and i have a recipe for it which you can try to. Spice banana cake INGREDIENTS: • 4 ounces butter, softened • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed • 1 large egg • 2 to 3 bananas, mashed, about 3/4 cup • 1/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 scant teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg PREPARATION: Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour an 8- or 9-inch square pan. In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg, milk, vanilla, and mashed banana until blended. Combine remaining dry ingredients and spices. Stir the dry ingredients into the first mixture until moistened. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched with finger. Frost with a cream cheese frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
