I really had my hopes up this year! I've entered the PCH sweepstakes since I was nineteen! I just KNEW this was my year to win! I really NEEDED the money, and I wouldn't have wasted it. I mean I've had years to plan for this windfall!
My youngest daughter said maybe I did win, but the PCH van wasn't a 4 wheel drive, and couldn't get to the house. But that's part of the whole "I really need it thing". The people who they show winning always live in very nice homes, and have very nice cars in their driveways. I think an adult college student who is deeply in debt, needs new glasses and some dental work, should get a once in a lifetime method of taking care of all their financial worries.
Do you believe they REALLY give away the money? Do you know of anyone who has ever won anything from PCH? If so, what was it?
Personally, I'm ready to boycot.

I have always wondered if they really give away the money. I dont even send in my form anymore. I decided that it is a waste of my time. I agree that the people who they show winning always look like they have alot of money and dont need it. I wish someone who has a good heart and really needs it would win..that is if it is really for real. LOL

I highly doubt that the money goes anywhere, and if it does I would guess that the contest is rigged somehow. If it were to really be given away it would be great to see the money be given away to someone who could truly use it rather than some rich person who has no need for it. Of course that will never happen. I don't bother sending mine in, and haven't for years.
