Yes I believe in Spirit Guides. And yes I communicate with mine. I believe I even know her name. I don't hear/see her but I do occasionally talk to her if somethings bothering me or I just need to vent. I do feel her presence at times too.

I've already asked her in. She knows she's welcome anytime. And I know all about grounding and protection too - but thank you for the advice and looking after me :)

Gnostic a great way to see/hear from your guides is through deep meditation and ofcourse asking them to step forward as you would like their company in your life.Before you do any of this though , a good idea is to ground and protect yourself because as you enter the spiritual realm , you may also come across lower energy entities so ask to be in the presence of the highest energies , if this makes sense :)

Absolutely and yes I do or rather they communicate with me...but for me a Spirit Guide can be in any form if that make sense...sometimes the communication is via a specific animal...sometimes its a person in a dream sometimes its something felt and heard but unseen and so on...it varies and actually it all depends on my mindset at the time...This is actually something that has been a part of my life since I was very young

Thats very true raven , I know a lot of people who have animal guides as well.How lucky you are to have realised the company of your guides since a young age :)

I think that I do. I would say that they are like guardian angels and not everyone has them. I would like to learn more about it.

In popular opinion , everyone has spirit guides and they discreetly guide us through different paths in life , it is only when we acknowledge their presence when they begin to appear to us more clearly and we begin to distinguish our own thoughts from those of our spirit guides.Spirit guides give us gentle reminders of things and ry to show us the best way but eventually it is always upto us to listen to them or not.hope this helps anakata :)

Yes I do think we have spirit guides, guardian angels, and even the guidence of souls that are not living physical lives at this time, this could be members of our soul family or it could be members of our family or friends who have passed on.
I have been guided more than once, by what I have termed as a Whispering Angel, this is for the most important issues in my life, to help prepare me, or to protect me.
I have also been guided by a member of my soul group/family who watches over me.
