I want to achieve my goal of USD300 from January 07 to December 07 for my mylot earnings. I think it is achieveable even if it is my own personal efforts.
If I do sign up at least 10 active referrals, then I think I could hit USD500.
What is your earnings goal for this year. If we do set a goal, we will do our best to achieve it. If we do not set one, then we would not be serious enough.

My goal is to get 400$ from mylot this year from Jan to December.It is possible only if get some active refferals but i cannot get even 1 of them.Can anyone please help me to get me some refferals.

I know the month will come this year when you and I and many others will post our successes. True, referrals are hard to come by but not impossible. Why not try to post your links in free traffic exchanges. That might help bring some referrals.

I set my goul for 50 bucks in Feb but it is around 42 bucks and something. Not bad as my refs have only bought in around 7 cents or so. Not that i am complaining as only one is a bit active. It is good to set a goal as you can achieve more that way.Even though falling a bit short i am happy with that. Now i have a strategy where i think in march i can achieve the fifty buck mark. Oh and i forgot feb only had 28 days and march i have 3 more days to play with. Good luck.

Looking towards your ratings and reputation on mylot you have set the goal rather easier.
I think you sure can do this without any refferals even. If you are going to try for some refferals then you have to shift your goal post to some thing like 1000$ or so.
Because if you would get refferals exactly spirited as like you and that too just ten refferals only then you could make out or achive this goal I think.
I am not exagarating the things but just suggesting you a way to make out something worth to set.
The goals in life must be set little farther than which are easily achivable is a managment theory.
