Are you consistent with using sunscreen?

As a darker skinned person who rarely burns, and has never blistered, I have had a hard time remembering to use sun screen. Now that I have children with much fairer skin, I make a serious effort to protect their skin. Do you remember and what SPF do you use?

I make sure I put it on my ears. Even if it is foggy. I got a bad case of blisters once and have never forgotten it.

i used to not getting any sunlight as possible in the past. when i wake up i will have sun screen on whole body even those parts with clothes on because there is still UVA and UVB they are harmful to skin even in indoors. i noramally used 15 - 20 one. although now there is products that is up to 50. but in it the chemicals are very high. *not good for children and somemore is for long term usage. although 15 - 20 is not long enough but u can apply after the time end.
