Children's birthday party venue in Manila or Makati (Philippines) area?

I am holding a party for my son next month. I had known Museo Pambata in Roxas Blvd to have a very good space for rent, unfortunately it's no longer open for public. Anybody from Manila who can give some suggestions aside from foodchains like Jollibee or McDonalds? Your responses are much appreciated.
