i guess the most romantic place would be in each other's arm. it doesn't any matter where. but the warmth and comfort given by the hands or touch of your loved one is incomparable.

My take is that it is not the physical location that counts. It's all in the mind. If you are truly a loving couple, you can be feeling elated even when you are trapped in a rubbish dump! :P
