Actually if you want to propose the situation matters and the message to be reached to him/her properly.You must see that it is not in public,the place is cool(not cold),breezy and you and especially he/she is feeling comfortable.Girls may not like that everybody should know about your affair.Also see that you are clean tidy.

First try to do something favourable for that person and slowly slowly u will come closer and then just wait for right time and propose....always be in contact with the person during these days........

do anything tell her how u feel tell her about ur life etc but for gods sake dont do anything as like in movies

I always dreamed of a romantic dinner, with candles, and he brings roses then after dinner he gets down on one knee and pops the question...will it happen that way for me mostl likely not...lol
