Land of Rising Sun....... Is there?????

As we all know that the land of the rising sun is Japan ...My question to all of you is that is there any country where sun sets early than Japan??? I dont know about it... If there is no country, there should have been any country... To make the world more interesting???/ what do u all think??? Plz respond

I have just checked and here is what I found:
Technically the northeastern tip of Russia would enter the new day of earth first. It is nearest the international dateline and therefore would be the first area to encounter the new day.
