Talking while Driving?

Using mobile while driving has been banned now a days.. if you need to attend the calls which you have been received when you drive, you suppose to stop the vehicle in oneside, finish your call then you have to proceed the travel,
Whether all the people follow this rule??

I too sometime using my cell phone while driving. I confidence to do that because it depend on road situation, But police will sue if get caught. I think, it's not the only way to balaa, we can use earphone. :) how about that. I hope my pose really help you.

Using the hearphone is very good idea.. but most of them are not using it.. that is the problem. they use to keep the phone on their shoulder and they just move their head in the left hand side and talking and they drive on the road, this will create a mojor problem know..
