Unsolved discussions

An unresolved discussion is one a best response hasn't been chosen. Sometimes it can take a while till you feel that someone gave the answer that you were looking for to award the best response. When I first started I picked them to get them out of the category not realizing that I can choose when ever I want. Now I usually pick a best response with in 24 to 48 hours from the last response. I have found this has given ample time for people to respond and has given me a number of responses to choose from. Sometimes it's not necessary to wait that long and on those I choose sooner. Hope that helps to clear up the issue. :)

Unresolved discussions means you need to go into them and rate the best response and rate your responders either with a (-) or a (+). :)
