How to get useful referrals????????

I am unable to get useful referrals... Is there any method to get useful referrals whom we dont know.. Where we can get thier E-Mail addresses?? Any body can explain?????

I usually just ask my friends if they would like to join myLot and I also have my referral link posted on a couple of websites. So far I just got one referral from a website but she is inactive. I will leave the links there and hopefully somebody will join in the near future.

I think you can buy them for .50
Whenever someone joins and they were not reffered I think you get them as someone you referred.
