jogging in AM or PM?

witch time of the day are you most confortable jogging?when my work schedule is in afternoon, i jog in the early morning. 5 AM is my erliest time. then, when my work shifts into morning, i jog in the afternoon like 4 PM. what about you?

in som ways, i like going to jog in the mornings, so it can get my laziness away. but i do over sleep or go to work, so i go to run like at 5:00pm.

It is a tough job to get up early in the morning and need to rush to work after the run.

I use to jog in the gym during lunch time at work. A good break from work and get your heart pumping. But at time, I do jog in the night.

It is cooling and it does help to have a good night sleep after a good run. It is very refreshing to warm down and the heart beat slow down gradually and set the mood to sleep after a hot shower.

Morning is the best because then the run is done and I can enjoy the rest of the day. If I wait until the afternoon I'm always thinking about the run. However, I run better in the afternoon than in the morning. I like night runs, especially in the Summer.

I will prefer to have jogging at the morning . I feel refresh after having exercise at the morning. In fact, science explains why it is better to habe exercise at the morning than at dawn or nightime because in the morning ,with the presense of sunlight, the plants or trees are having photosynthesis reaction and oxygen is released, so you will fel refreshed , if you do exercise in the absense of sunlight, no more pxygen is released from the plants, so it may not be as good as when you exercise in the morning.
