I will prefer to have jogging at the morning . I feel refresh after having exercise at the morning. In fact, science explains why it is better to habe exercise at the morning than at dawn or nightime because in the morning ,with the presense of sunlight, the plants or trees are having photosynthesis reaction and oxygen is released, so you will fel refreshed , if you do exercise in the absense of sunlight, no more pxygen is released from the plants, so it may not be as good as when you exercise in the morning.

Morning is the best because then the run is done and
I can enjoy the rest of the day. If I wait until the afternoon I'm always thinking about the run. However, I run better in the afternoon than in the morning. I like night runs, especially in the Summer.
