There're really no tips. You can post pictures you can post text and you can get refs. That's the ways you can earn. The more you post and the more refs you get the more money you earn.

i wanted to know how much they pay for each post we post in discussion and how much they pay for reply's we get from different people and for referrals also and also wanted to know few tricks to earn working hard here i thought u all people are the best to ask for help regarding this anyway thanks for sharing me ur knowledge thank u

Try to reply to as many discussions here as you can so people get to know you are around and then they will see your profile and want to reply to your discussions. Make the discussions informative and where you can at least four lines long. Yes, no and i don't know don't count and you may not even get paid for them. Try to be positive on the forum, avoid negative and ugly behaviour.
