If you follow these things you will lose weight: 1. Cut your bread, pasta, rice, potato intake to half of what you are eating now. 2. Eat more green vegetables, brocolli, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, peas etc. 3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. 4. Be active. If you are normally a very active person even 5 minutes to start with is better than nothing. You can walk around your yard if you like. Increase the amount of exercise a little every day. I know, this is 4 things but they are easy to do and you will find that if you follow this you will be losing weight in no time. Good luck and keep us posted as to your progress.

1 - WATCH YOUR SUGAR INTAKE : stop soodas, not more than one glass of fruit juice daily, only 1 tea spoon of sugar A DAY even if you need 5 coffee a day ... put less in each cup - you think it won't be sweet enough ? Taste a sip of your coffee unsweetened first, you will need less sugar in it after ! Trust me ! 2 - DRINK HALF A GALLON OF WATER daily and each time you think you are getting hungry ... still think you are hungry ? go for a walk, do the dishes ... 3 - MOVE ... walk more, dance to the music ... you love TV ? step in front of the TV ... There are many ways to lose weight, though I would always recommend doing the healthy, 'proper' way. Crash diets do not work, you will put the weight back on as soon as you start eating normally again. You should try to increase the amount of water you drink (at least 2 litres a day), work out your BMR and BMI here - http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/. This will help you to work out how many calories a day you should consume. Finally, exercise is most important. You should exercise for 30 minutes a day, doing some sort of cardio-vascular exercise (running, treadmill, cycling, etc), and some toning stretches. Good luck!

My 3 tips would be: 1. Start you day with warm water and pinch of lemon then have a very high fibre breakfast like muesli with low fat natural yoghurt. 2. Walk every where you go...If it's not possible have a very long walk at least 30 min twice or 3 times aweek. In the winter lose 1 layer of clothing ( only wear 1 longsleeve top and a jacket and skip the jumper) When you feel cold yo uwalk faster therefore your body will burn more calories to get warm. 3. Stop eating after 8pm.. GOOD LUCK..xx
