What us the best way to say love you?

I think that the best way is to show it, not say it:)

its to show how much u love and also combine it with saying and caring for the one u love it will make it a powerful proposal if u have done the best and alsokeep it to urself

As far as I'm concerned "saying" I Love You means nothing....ANYONE can say the words...for me its far more important to SHOW a person you love them..that doesnt mean it has to be done in an over the top kind of way...more often than not (for me personally at least) its the little things that show me someone truly loves me...

just say I LOVE YOU.. straight way is the best way to tell your feeling..

Trust me the best way to say I Love You is face to face. Saying this way has got a larger chance that the reply would be a YES :)

Just go infront of man/women who like to you ... just propose him/her wht you think ... you shoud say according to person nature becaz you might be aware with him

i think tell her or him bye giving hr or him a red rose on the rose day ok but in this way dont get afraid believe on u that u will succeed ok she or he will b urs ok bye and love u

tell him or her straight to his or her face... and back it up with actions :)

Just do it! (like Nike :P) Grab that person. Stare him/her in the eyes. I LOVE YOU. Then quickly steal a kiss. :PP
